'Sweet Georgia'
2004, 3/4 TB, 1/4 QH, 16 hh & still growing
Sweet Georgia is the last daughter of 'Sweet Legacy' (pictured jumping below) to be offered for sale. She strongly favours her Sire's athletic ability, versatility and mellow attitude. Both 'Sweet Legacy' and his sister, 'Sweet Destiny' recently sold for over $30,000 each.
As with most of our horses she is trail and ranch ridden extensively and is trusted both out on her own and with other horses. Georgia has been raised, and handled naturally from birth. She has had the best combination of a natural herd environment as well as positive human interactions. She has versatile enough confirmation for both dressage and jumping. Her gaits are wonderful for arena work, or for covering the miles down the trail.
Georgia has had an amazing summer during the Level 3 Development Program with Canada's Top Parelli Instructor, Don Halladay. Georgia had a total of 30 days of Level 3 Instruction with a Level 3 student from Swizerland. Several Level 3 tasks were assessed including the Liberty and Freestyle. Even more impressive is the wonderful relationship this horse has with her human. It is a special thing for a horse to grow up only knowing about a good partnerships with humans, and we thank Claudia for her time, skills, and love for this horse. Sweet Georgia's next human is going to have one special mare for a partner.
As for horseanality she is mostly left brained introvert. She tends to prefer getting out and going somewhere as opposed to doing circles in the arena. She excels when purpose is added to her play. She is trusting of new people and new situations. She is typically opinionated like most mares but at the same time she is very loyal and dependable. She has a medium spirit level. Progressing through Level 3 is no problem for this mare and she is a great candidate to finish Level 4 with a keen student.
