Promise has always been sweet and agreeable. Starting was just a matter of transferring the rapport from on the ground to in the saddle. She shows lovely, balanced, gaits in her arena riding. She will canter along on a loose rein like she has done it all her life. She is already confident out on trails, whether with a group or on her own. Water crossings, as well as many other natural obstacles, are taken in stride.

  Promise is about the most well adjusted prospect you could have for dressage or jumping disciplines. Above all, she is a partner that will win your heart on a day to day basis. Our focus at Cardinal Ranch is building her foundation. We believe she is well on her way and that someone else could easily take it from here.
