Craig Johnson starts by saying that he knows a lot about the sport of Reining. Now that is an understatement! He has won 16 World Championships! Craig adds that even if you are not into the sport of reining, ‘wouldn’t these be some dool things you wuld want to do with your horse?’

To this we all said ‘YES’! So Reiners and Parelli students alike joined in for 3 intensive days with Craig Johnson. The atmosphere was fantastic as Craig taught a natural approach to the Reiners and taught some of us Parelli students some fun maneuvers. We learned to ‘up the level of easy’, because according to Craig, ‘why would you want to up the level of difficulty?’.

Craig rode Big Medicine up the Raush Valley with Buddy on his first day here.

Craig also checked out our new stallion ‘Quincy’s Sierra Jo’ and his new drop of foals.
