Student Programs at Cardinal Ranch

If you are new to the Parelli Program and are interested in getting started here’s an opportunity for you. You can get involved in ranch operations and/or family life, while progressing with your horsemanship.

To obtain Level 2 or 3 in the Parelli program as well as gain general horse experience and practical experience in ranch operations within a team and family atmosphere.

Includes:
- Use of a ranch horse to Study the Parelli Natural Horsemanship Program
- Participation in Clinics that are appropriate to your level of horsemanship with 2* Parelli Professional, Devanee Cardinal. Lowest possible fees are given to you as a working student.
- Use of Library which includes all Parelli DVD’s, books, instructions, as well as other helpful ‘natural horsemanship’ resources.
- Student to Student Coaching and Support up to 2 times a week by a student studying in Levels 3 or 4.
- Upon invitation you can observe and/or participate in lessons that are given to visiting students.
- Program can be 5 months to 1 year in length. Official completion of Levels with Self Assessments and Official Auditions is supported and encouraged.
- Students that are pre-level 3 will not necessarily participate in the Horse Development aspects of the Level 4/5 Development Program until they deemed to have the experience to do so. They may, however, be invited to participate in some aspects such as foal handling, hoof trimming, driving cattle, etc.
