Introducing extra-ordinary horses... to extra-ordinary people

What about Europe?

There is a quaranteen involved when shipping to Europe. The cost depends on where the horse is going but us between $4,500 - $5,500.

How will my horse adjust to a more 'urban' horse lifestyle?
Is this ranch-raised horse going to adjust to box stalls and paddocks?
They will do great, but thanks for asking! One on the wonderfu things the humans we are finding for our horses is that they are always thinking of the horse's needs. We really appreciate that and have even had buyers bring reference letters along from vete's and barn mates telling of what great care they take with their equine parteners.

We from realize that not everyone can run their horses out on hundreds on acres. It is an idealic setting to raise horses, but our horses have adjusted to all kinds of settings. We all know that turnout is good for horses. So just do your best to look after your horses needs physically and emotionally and they will be just fine. All of our horses that have gone paddock or box stall settings have done well and adjusted.

How will my horse deal with traffic, and things I might encounter in a new setting?  We made a video just to address this question. Check out 'Pheonix Goes to Town' video as we show one of our young horses on his first trip to town.

Cardinal Ranch is actually located right beside a main highway so horses are use to traffic from the start. We also ride them parallel to the highway and get them confident with those big trucks that go by. We also have a "Confidence" where we try to expose our horses to everything we can think of: mountain bikes, strollers, llamas, clippers, water from a hose, umbrellas. Horses get lots of exposure to wildlife in the pasture and out on th trails. We find that once a horse has a good foundation he usually takes all of these new things in stride. Its all about confidence.

What's the deal with the 10% of the purchase price going back into instruction?
This does make our horses sound a little more expensive but ut us actually a gift to you and your horse. In our experience it is important to have support to get the relationship off to a great start. Fees are only good with a Licensed Parelli Professional. They can be used for clinics, lessons, or if you purchase a young horse, with a Parelli Young Horse trainer. The fees are to be used for the buyer and the horse purchased and are not transferrable to another horse or rider.

When can I get my clinic funds?
Send us a reciept from your clinic after you attend and we will send you a cheque in the mail.
