'Bonita'

"Last year I took part in the Parelli clinic offered in the Saguenay Lac-St-Jean area in Quebec. My horse is getting old and I thought about finding a new one to progress in level 2.

Having not enough experience to do research by myself, I asked Don Halladay, my Parelli instructor to help me. He nicely agreed to look for a horse that would fit my experience and personality, a good partner. I entirely trusted Don who I find intelligent, sensitive, and perspicacious.

A few months had passed and then I recieved a message. Don had found some horses, among them, Bonita, trained with the Parelli method to level 2. He put me in contact with Devanee at the Cardinal Ranch and I chose Bonita. I based my choice on the information of her character.

Bonita is a love, she is a intelligent, sensitive mare and I know we will make a good team. It is now necessary to get to know each other and it seems to me that we get closer every day. Beyond the pleasure to play with with my new horse, I apprecate that, spite of the distance, individuals can trust and value each other and share their passion of horses."

Update: Almost a year later Marie-Andree are studying to the end of level 3 with great success, and both look like they are having lots of fun.
